He and Dan were polite, professional, well prepared and did a very neat job of installing the awning, which has made a huge difference to the way we can use that part of the house. David explained everything clearly, did the survey himself (no additional surveyor required and didn't try to upsell as we found with some other national companies). David was really patient with us in advising & guiding us in selecting the ideal awning. With the help of his colleague he then fitted the awning professionally leaving no mess at all. We are really very pleased with the end result.

We decided to replace our “antique” awning a few months ago and started the search for a reliable professional company who had good reviews. We saw that Cyra Group Ltd was a small company that got excellent reviews so we contacted David for a quote. We have not been disappointed. Absolutely faultless installation of our sun awning by David at Cyra Group. David visited us initially to go through sun awning options including fabric samples, and we chose an electric awning with lights. The price was very reasonable and after a quick delivery, David installed it in one day. The look of the installation is very neat with as little wiring as possible. Cyra Group recently installed a new Weinor patio awning on our property and we couldn’t be happier. David was very professional and informative and helped us make the most of the space with his knowledge of the awning products being clear to see. The install was seamless and the team were very friendly and tidy up after themselves. We now have a beautiful high quality awning to enjoy sun without the unbearable heat. Friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble to ensure we had complete satisfaction.  Initial visit was free unless he could solve the problem. I.e no call out charge. Couldn't fix it so sent a quote. We went with the quote. Good value for money

Very friendly and easy to deal with, communication is excellent. They kept us up to date from the initial survey through to installation Cyra Group Ltd were helpful and responsive. The quality of the awning we had installed is excellent and the fitting by David and his team was professional and faultless. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a retractable awning for your garden or patio to contact them. We were also pleasantly surprised to find they also offer a range of verandas, as we are planning to have one installed along the side of our property later this year. Great job done by David and Daniel to replace the fabric on our motorised sun awning, which had started to split at the seams.  David was very efficient at quoting for the job and the work was completed in good time at a competitive price.  They were both very professional in their attitude, tidied up thoroughly and all in all made a good impression worthy of a top review.

We recently had a new Weinor retractable awning fitted in our garden by Cyra Group. From our first phone call through to installation, it was a smooth and hassle free transaction. The awning selection is really impressive and clearly great quality, with so many options to consider but David was really helpful and guided us to make the most of the space with the addition of lights and the perfect colour match to our cladding. Our installer David undertook a very detailed survey to ensure the product met our needs. Installation was completed on the agreed date with minimal disruption. The team were polite, courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the final installation of our veranda. We had a failed motor on a shutter blind. David turned up exactly on time, and replaced the failed motor with a minimum of fuss. Soon, the shutter was working correctly again. Pleasant and professional throughout, with good comms, I'd have no hesitation in recommending Cyra Group.

We recently had a new veranda fitted over our decking. We were so pleased with such a professional and friendly service from David.
